Dan, if it makes any difference, when Jim Henson died at age 53, his son Brian took over the puppeteering of Kermit, so the idea that it's his hand too got me as well.
We care about it because of what it meant to our childhood, Danielle. If it didn't mean anything to yours and you don't know anything about the people involved, it couldn't be the same. We're not doing anything to you!
