of warm sunshine and cut grass, the cry of seagulls and the smell of the sea. A visit to the osteopath and a drive home in the sunshine, past roadside daffodils, with no rush hour traffic, for some reason. Perhaps everyone went home early to the Spring evening. My jaw feels good. Good as in, normal. My sacrum isn't digging into my soft tissue, causing it to burn and ache. My kids are eating pancakes and I got my Leonard Cohen cd today, such a soothing lullaby he croons. I could sleep instead of work now, but isn't that always the way?

I miss the smell of the sea, but we too had a beautiful sunny day here, it smelt like spring!
