Axl was due to take the kids out to the cinema with their beloved godfather - Olivia got an itchy neck half an hour before they were due to go, and has refused to - any discussion of the situation results in her screaming at us. She's gone up to her room and is wailing her disappointment and misery up there.

It's so frustrating and sad. It'll be gone in half an hour, and she's ruined her chance.
