I live here. Where we choose to prolong the life of a dying fetus for a couple days rather than save its mother. And we tell them 'This is a Catholic country' while they're pleading for a release from their agony, while they were essentially pleading for their life. I feel a cold horror reading this story. It's 2012. It's hard to believe.

It's such a sad, scary story.
